Do-si-Dos are Girl Scout Cookies with peanut butter filling sandwiched between two crunchy oatmeal cookies. They are also just called Peanut Butter Sandwiches.

The national Girl Scout organization reviews and approves all varieties proposed by the baking companies, but requires only three types to be sold; Thin Mints, Do-Si-Dos, and Trefoils.
